As a Civil Rights Investigator for universities, I've conducted thorough and impartial investigations into Title IX complaints involving students, faculty and staff. I bring a trauma-informed approach to every matter, interviewing parties and witnesses with care, analyzing evidence, and producing clear, well-documented  reports compliant with Title IX.

While working in house  as Assistant General Counsel, and throughout my private law practice,  I investigated numerous complaints of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation. In addition, corporate, non-profit and  municipal clients engaged me to develop and deliver tailored harassment-prevention training sessions to entire workforces.  

Drawing from both my legal experience and my time in the Title IX department of a public university, I counsel Title IX Coordinators and Higher Education officials how to navigate the complex regulations governing Title IX compliance. My services include review and development of policies,, procedures, and communication forms.

In my private law practice and as in-house counsel, I developed an expertise in workplace compliance and employment law. Focusing on  achieving practical solutions, I advised employers and HR teams on complex worker issues, and on policies and best practices. I've guided employers through EEOC charges and successfully defended against workers' claims in federal court.
